How to investigate
- Select Sugar cube, Granulated or Crushed sugar.
- Drag the sugar into the beaker, or press Add sugar.
- Press Start stirring and watch the timer.
- Record the dissolving time and observations.
- Reset the equipment, then test another form.
This is a simplified classroom model. The water volume, water temperature, sugar mass and stirring speed stay the same so that sugar particle size is the only changed variable.
